Refund policy

Beers are a food product and, as such, we do not accept returns, other than as specified below.

Damages and issues
Whilst we do our best to protect our shipments, the courier system can be a lottery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the cans inside your box have been significantly damaged or are leaking. Please note that some minor dents are inevitable and do not affect the quality of the product inside. 

Missing orders
It's rare but sometimes packages go missing. If you haven't received your items within three days of placing your order, please contact us at info@gravitywellbrewing.co.uk and we'll investigate for you.
